Board Election Process

As many as 13 adult learners may serve on the Board of Directors.

The Board is elected by the members of VALUEUSA.

You can nominate yourself or someone else to be on the Board as long as the nominee agrees to meet all nine qualifications throughout their term on the Board.

Nominations are due by March 22, 2013. 

New Board Members will be elected at the annual meeting.

The Board reviews nominations and approves a slate of nominees.

VALUEUSA members vote to accept or reject this slate at the annual meeting, which will be held during the 2011 Leadership Institute, October 8-15 in Sacramento, CA.
